Ensuring that all reported breaches, incidents and accidents are brought to the attention of the Hostel Manager/ Administrator.
Managing the property, making sure they are secure and looked after. Answering residents calls and responding to queries, Being first respondent for any emergencies. Respond to emergency situations, following company procedure. Report any incidents to appropriate persons.
This position will also require an enhanced DBS check which we will undertake before we appoint you and will be done every month thereafter.
Uniform, 5.6 weeks annual leave and pension.
